At Jo’s Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available and how to request them.


1. Perishable & Food Items


Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations:

  • Fresh, chilled, frozen, and perishable food items cannot be returned unless they are:
     
    • Faulty
       
    • Damaged
       
    • Incorrectly supplied
       

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


2. Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
     
  • Damaged
     
  • Past its use-by date at the time of purchase
     
  • Not what you ordered
     

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 48 hours, with:

  • Your receipt or proof of purchase
     
  • A description of the issue (and photos where possible)
     

We will offer, as appropriate:

  • A replacement
     
  • A refund
     
  • A store credit
     

3. Non-Perishable Items


For non-food or non-perishable items (such as household goods):

  • You may return items within 14 days of purchase

    • In original packaging
       
    • In resaleable condition

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


4. Change of Mind


We do not offer refunds for change of mind on:

  • Reduced or clearance items

5. Online Orders & Click & Collect (if applicable)


If you order online:


  • You must check your order on collection or delivery
     
  • Any issues should be reported promptly
     

Once collected or delivered, responsibility for storage and handling passes to you.


6. Refund Processing


  • Refunds are processed within 1–10 working days
     
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
     
  • Cash refunds may require proof of purchase
